Student Examination Registration SSC
The Student Examination Registration System (SES) is a web-based registration system for students taking any examination relating to courses offered by Australian universities. It is a convenient and quick way to register for any course or for examinations offered by colleges and universities in Australia. Users can log into the system using their valid student identification card (EIC). Upon logging into the SES, examinees can search for subjects that require examination registration, enter data for registration, and print out confirmation cards. They can also enter answers to tests and submit them online. This service is available from the main page of the SES or at the center of each university’s website.
To register for examinations, you need to create an account in the SES. You must answer all questions relating to your chosen course and create a profile. You will be able to modify your profile after creating it. Your profile will contain your name, email address, phone number, contact details, and subject area. After having made your profile, you can then go to the examination registration page. You can then enter in your date of birth, gender, primary/secondary schools attended, your name of place of work (city or regional), and registration category (administrative, academic or community work).
To register for an examination, you need to create a login. There are usually two ways in which you can create a login: through your school’s portal, or through the SES itself. If you have been directed to an SES page through your email, you will be directed to the SES main page where you can select a username and password. Usually, your username and password are given at the point of registration, but if your username and password are not available, you can create one by typing ‘help’ at the SES main page. You will also be directed to a Help Center for more information on SES registration.
The S ES also provides online help and information for examinees. There is an S ES chat that is accessible for examination registration. There are FAQs, answers, a listing of frequently go to website asked questions, and a list of study materials that are normally needed for an examination. There is also a forum where S ES staff and students can post questions and receive answers from other examinees and / or teachers. If you have any additional concerns, you can visit the S ES Customer Service Desk for more information.
Once you have created a login and registered with the S ES, you can access the examination schedule. The S ES examination schedule is divided into three main periods that correspond to normal school days. These are Term 1, Term 2, and Annual exams. There is a study guide to accompany each of the three periods, so you should consult the study guide before you start your exam.
Exam Day is scheduled about two weeks prior to the examination date. This is the day when examinees will have access to questions that have been posted for examination. Students who wish to take the examination but are unable to attend can apply for a substitution. To do this, they will need to fill out the Application for Substitute Information (Form SSC 16), and provide proof of SES eligibility.
After the Application for Substitute Information has been submitted and approved, a student will need to attend the examination registration meeting. There is usually a short lecture in which the lecturer will outline the qualifications that are required for the examination. It is then followed by a Q&A session in which the lecturers will go through all the points that were covered during lecture and give students a brief overview of what they will be doing on the exam. After the brief overview, there is a short question and answer session. Students will then receive their examination certificates.
After the registration is complete, students can proceed to the examination day. They will receive a notice in the mail letting them know when they can come to take the examination. The examination is normally given in the morning, so students should be prepared to show up on this day. On examination day, there will usually be a line outside of the room in which the examination is given so that the students in the front line don’t miss out.
